May ‘Herp’ Walk (Reptiles & Amphibians)

Join ecologist Alison Forde for a morning walk along Grindstone creek to learn about the different reptiles and amphibians that call this landscape home.

Be sure to bring water, dress for the weather, and wear footwear appropriate for the slopes on the trails.

Meet at the Cherry Hill Gate parking lot (1129 Plains Road West, Burlington).  A parking fee is required but it is free to members of the RBG. (Note: This lot is across the street from the main RBG building. Parking at the main building is free but you must walk over to Cherry Hill Gate.)

This location can be reached by public transit from Hamilton or Burlington. Take Burlington Transit Route #1 and ask for the stop nearest to the RBG (Stop #700 or #701)
