Plant Walk – Asters and Goldenrods

Join Nadia Cavallin and Charlie Briggs for a visit to Royal Botanical Gardens’ Princess Point on the south shore of Cootes Paradise.

Nadia and Charlie will lead attendees through this diverse collection of native asters and goldenrods while keeping an eye out for later season migratory butterflies.

Attendees of all levels of knowledge and interest are encouraged to come out and meet fellow club members.

The trails are relatively flat with no steep hills. Please wear appropriate footwear and dress according to the weather. Binoculars can be helpful but are not necessary.

Meet in the Princess Point Parking lot at the start of the trail network, Google Maps location linked below.

Paid parking or free for RBG members with parking pass displayed. The HSR travels to this location and bike racks are available on site.
